Shooting at the Enville Estate

The Estate provides a naturally sporting landscape for quality driven pheasant and wild duck shoots.

Enville Estate has a well established shoot in the West Midlands on the Staffordshire/Shropshire border covering 6,500 acres of mixed agricultural land and forestry. The terrain lends itself very well to shooting, making use of some good valleys surrounded by rolling countryside. We offer a mixture of shooting from typical valleys to open agricultural land and woodland shooting. The shoot is predominantly pheasant shooting but we do release a small number of partridges. The Estate has many ponds on the shoot which produce some excellent wild duck shooting which is great fun early on in the shooting season.
We can typically cater for days of between 100-400 birds. We pride ourselves on the quality of our shooting along with great food & hospitality.

A typical day starts with a coffee in the oak panelled shooters room at Enville Hall at 9am with the aim to move off at 9.30am. Halfway though the morning we stop for soup, sausages and a drink before coming back to the shooters room where an excellent traditional shooting lunch is provided. We then go back out to shoot in the afternoon before returning to the shooters room for tea and cake before the guns depart for home. Days can also be tailored to suit individual needs.
